Meet the Owner, Phil LaMarch
Phil’s grandfather Phil LaMarch started in business over 70 years ago. At only 5 years old his namesake Phil was hanging out and learning from Grandpa, Dad Dennis and Uncle Rick.
He is knowledgeable about the homes he sells and passionate about helping people by getting to know them. He specializes in finding the right home, at the right price for all of his customers, not only once, but multiple times as needs change. In finding out the needs and goals of his clients they often become friends.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in business from Lake Superior State University and is a licensed builder in the states of Michigan and Wisconsin. In his spare time, Phil enjoys golfing, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife, Sara, and his children, Philip and Payten, and Zowie.
